Shipping

Processing Time

Most orders ship on the first business day following the order; however, orders may require up to 5 business days to process before shipping. If your order will be delayed further, we will contact you to determine how to proceed. Special orders and items drop-shipped from the manufacturer may require additional time to process.

Orders Consisting of Multiple Items

Depending on the items and their availability, orders consisting of more than a single item may be shipped separately at no extra cost in order to serve you better.

Delivery Area

Solitude and Soul will happily ship orders to all 13 Canadian Province and Territories. We regret that we are presently unable to ship online orders to Mexico, or the United States.

Delivery Times

Ground service delivery time varies depending on delivery location. Most orders ship on the first business day following the order; however, orders may require up to 3 business days to process before shipping. Delivery times are an average, and do not account for seasonal volume- or weather-related delays. For additional shipping options beyond those available through our web store (including rush delivery), please call 1-306-352-2605 and place your order by phone.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges do not necessarily represent carrier's published rates and may include additional handling charges levied by Solitude & Soul Carriers and shipping options for items drop-shipped by manufacturers vary.

 

Rush Delivery

Most orders ship on the first business day following the order; however, orders may require up to 3 business days to process before shipping. For this reason, Fireworks does not presently offer rush delivery through our web store.

Nevertheless, there are methods of obtaining rush delivery for your order:

Place your order online, and contact Solitude & Soul by email at info@solitudeandsoul.com immediately following your order, or via phone toll free at 1-306-352-2605 no later than the following business day, and indicate you would like rush delivery, providing your name, email address, Customer ID and/or Receipt ID (Customer ID and Receipt ID may be obtained from your receipt and/or the order confirmation email sent following the completion of your order. Be aware that shipping premiums beyond those reported in your receipt will apply.

 

Returns

Online, Phone, and Mail Orders Returns

We are proud of the products we offer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 30 days of the initial purchase, with a copy of the receipt, in person to 3030 13th Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4T 1N9.

We offer a refund for returns, less any shipping costs, as long as the item is returned in good condition. A credit will be issued to the credit card account through which the item was purchased. If you paid with a credit card, please include a daytime phone number where you can be reached so that we may obtain any additional credit card information required to complete the return. If payment was made by cash, check, or traveler's check, a refund will be issued in the form of a gift card.

All earrings are FINAL SALE.

Due to the individuality of custom work all Lasting Impressions and custom jewelery are FINAL SALE.

In-Store Purchase Returns

When returning an item bought in person at  our brick-‌and-‌mortar location through the post, we ask that you contact and, when requested, send the item directly to the store where the item was initially purchased, as this will facilitate your return. The store's contact information is conveniently located on your printed receipt.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please return it within 30 days of the initial purchase, with a copy of the receipt, in person to our Regina area location, or via UPS, Canada Post, or other carrier to: Solitude and Soul, 3030 13th Ave., Regina, SK, S4T 1N9

We will gladly replace the item or, if replacement is not possible, we will credit you the full amount including shipping costs.

Incorrect Items

If you have a received an incorrect item, please call us  at 1-306-352-2605

Items Damaged During Shipping

In the event of actual damage or breakage, please keep all items, packing materials, and box and call us at 306-352-2605 to make return and replacement arrangements.

Special Orders

Special Orders (items not regularly stocked and/or customized items) may not be returned or exchanged. Special Orders for items regularly stocked but not available in our web store may be returned according to our regular return policy.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please call us toll-free at 1-306-352-2605 as soon as possible after you placed your order. Orders which have already shipped may not be cancelled, although they still may be returned as per our normal return policy.
